We’ll pay the return shipping and ship your new items with no additional shipping charges!
It’s simple. Just use our pre-paid ARS (Authorized Return Service) label to exchange an item for a different color or size, or item. Simply complete the order form on the back of your packing slip and list styles for exchange.
We accept returns of unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached up to 60 days from the shipping date. Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment less the original shipping and handling charges.
How to Return
Using our Pre-Paid ARS (Authorized Return Service) Label
- We will deduct a $6.95 mailing fee from your merchandise refund.
- Use our Merchandise Return Label and drop off the item at UPS.
- To find the closest UPS: Call 1-800-742-5877 or go to the UPS Website to use the UPS drop-off locator.
- If instead you schedule a pickup (1-800-PICK-UPS) a fee will be assessed for this service.

International Return Policy
For all orders placed outside the U.S., we accept returns of unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached up to 60 days from the shipping date. Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment less the original shipping charges, duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs house for duty and tax refunds; Misook is unable to retrieve these funds on the customer’s behalf.

Email our trusted 3rd party logistics partner, Bongo International, at Support@Bongous.com or call them at (203) 683-4894 between the hours of 4AM and 11PM EST. Bongo International will supply the appropriate paperwork to facilitate the international return. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
