SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS Ground deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. Misook DOES NOT currently ship to PO BOXES and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders shipped via standard delivery are processed within 1-3 business days. Typically, we ship in-stock merchandise the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Standard orders will be processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Credit card orders are charged when the merchandise has shipped. Orders shipped via standard delivery usually arrive in 3 to 8 business days.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

At this time, we are unable to process a single order going to multiple destinations. You will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

It's simple. Just use our pre-paid ARS (Authorized Return Service) label to exchange an item for a different color or size, or item. Simply complete the order form on the back of your packing slip and list styles for exchange.
We accept returns of unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached up to 60 days from the shipping date. Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment less the original shipping and handling charges. Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
