What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Nothing! After you submit your style survey, your stylist will take it from there. You will receive a link for your video meeting 24 hours before your scheduled time. We look forward to meeting you!

Can you view my order history?

Yes — If you’ve shopped with Misook before, your order history will help tell your stylist what you already have and what you’ve returned, so we can give you even better recommendations.

Can my stylist place my order for me?

Of course! During your appointment, your stylist will take note of any styles you would like to purchase and will build an order for you.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We know your time is valuable and things come up — if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, let us know 48 hours in advance and we’ll accommodate.

Does virtual styling cost anything?

No — our styling services are 100% free.
