Misook Retailer Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

1. Sponsor 

The Sponsor of this sweepstakes is Misook, located at 2551 SW Grapevine Parkway in Grapevine, Texas 76051-7072. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Nordstrom or Bloomingdale’s.

2. Eligibility

The Misook Retailer Survey Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 25th, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on June 30th, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. Prize Pools & How to Enter

The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) separate prize pools (each a "Prize Pool"). Entrants may enter via the Online Survey Method or the Alternative Method of Entry (Mail-In). Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

Method A: Online Survey Entry

  • Nordstrom Prize Pool: Scan the QR code on your Nordstrom postcard or visit https://form.typeform.com/to/pZ7MvcrY.  Complete the survey in its entirety, provide your contact information, check the mandatory eligibility box, and submit.

  • Bloomingdale’s Prize Pool: Scan the QR code on your Bloomingdale’s postcard or visit https://form.typeform.com/to/BzED77Fu. Complete the survey in its entirety, provide your contact information, check the mandatory eligibility box, and submit.

Method B: Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) - No Purchase/Survey Necessary 

To enter without making a purchase or completing the survey, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper. You must explicitly write the Prize Pool you are entering.

  • For the Nordstrom Prize Pool: Write "NORDSTROM DRAWING" at the top of your card.

  • For the Bloomingdale’s Prize Pool: Write "BLOOMINGDALE’S DRAWING" at the top of your card.

Mail your entry in a standard business-size #10 envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30th, 2026 and received by July 7th, 2026. If a Prize Pool is not specified on the mail-in entry, Sponsor reserves the right to assign the entry to a Prize Pool at random or disqualify it. 

5. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (ARV), and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected for each Prize Pool.

  • Nordstrom Prize Pool: One (1) $1,000 Nordstrom Gift Card. (ARV: $1,000).

  • Bloomingdale’s Prize Pool: One (1) $1,000 Bloomingdale’s Gift Card. (ARV: $1,000).

Total ARV of all prizes: $2,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each respective Prize Pool during the Promotion Period.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about July 15th, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received for the Nordstrom Prize Pool, and one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received for the Bloomingdale’s Prize Pool.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. Potential winners must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours. If a potential winner does not respond within the allotted time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries in that Prize Pool.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Because the prize value is $600 or more, Sponsor will require the winner to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the prize.

8. General Conditions & Release

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and agencies from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.misook.com/pages/privacy-policy. 

10. Winners List

To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
