INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

If the size, style, or color isn't precisely right the first time, ship it back to us. It's simple — and it's our pleasure to make the shopping experience as comfortable as our easy-care fashions.

We accept returns of all unworn and unaltered merchandise in original condition, with original tags attached. Returns must be received within 60 days of the original ship date. Please note, all International returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee.

Please note, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. The original shipping charges, including duties and taxes, are non-refundable. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your statement. Clearance, final sale, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you elect to ship back your return without our return shipping label, we are not responsible for the cost of shipping, or any loss/damage to the product during transit.

Upon arrival, returns take up to 10 business days to process.

HOW TO RETURN

  • TO EXPEDITE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN, receive a return shipping label, and any applicable commercial invoices, please email us at customerservice@misook.com. In the email, include your original order number, a list of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason(s) for return. If you have multiple orders, you would prefer to return in a single return shipment, list the applicable order numbers in your return request email. We will respond within 1 - 2 business days with return instructions, your Return Authorization Number (RMA), and the flat-rate return shipping label[s].
  • PREPARE YOUR SHIPMENT by securely packing the return items in the box they came in, making sure to include 3 copies of the commercial invoice you will receive via email. Attach the provided return label(s) to the outside of the package. If there are 2 shipping labels provided, attach them side-by-side on the outside of the box/package.
  • DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE or schedule a pick-up with the carrier’s local office. Once your return is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation notification by email.
